HOW TO APPLY:

• Complete Application from alongwith earnest  money (10% of tentative price ) and application money (non-refundable) in the shape of demand draft favouring ESTATE OFFICER, GMADA (Payable at the stations mentioned in the Brochure) may be submitted to any of the branches of the banks associated in the scheme on or before 15-12-2016
• Application Can also apply online by visiting Gmada Website,  Earnest Moeny can be paid through Net Banking / Credit Card / Debit Card / RTGS. 

 Payment Schedule:

• 30% payment (Minus Earnest Money) : within 30 days of issuance of Letter of Intent.
• 70% Payment: 5% Rebate on Lump-Sum Payment within 60 days from the date of issurance of Letter of intent or in 6 equated half yearly installments alongwith intrest @ 12% per annum from the date of issue of Letter of intent. first installment shall become due after six months from the issuance of letter of intent.
