GMADA IT City Plot Scheme 2016 at SAS Nagar Mohali

GMADA IT City Plot: Greater Mohali Area Development Authority (GMADA) is going to announce the draw result of GMADA IT City Mohali Plot Scheme 2016 today. There were 750 plots up for grab in the scheme. Earlier the draw ws scheduled on 18 September but it has been rescheduled to today. There are three sizes of plots available in the new plot scheme at SAS Nagar Mohali. There are 250 plots of 256.6 Sq.yd, 170 plots of 300 Sq. yd and 330 plots of 500 Sq. yd. available in the scheme. The per square yard rate of plots in GMADA IT City Plot Scheme is Rs 20,000/- per sq. yards only. The tentative cost of 256 sq.yd plot is Rs 51,33,200/- for 300 Sq. yd plot is Rs 60,00,000/- and for 500 Sq. yd plot is Rs 1,00,000,00/- only.
